Return Policy

No refunds. Returns for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE are accepted within 30 days from the date your item was shipped. Items must be in new condition when they are returned to us. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.

No return will be accepted without prior return authorization so please CONTACT before sending in your item for return. In this email please indicate if you would like store credit or if you will be exchanging your item and which new piece you will be exchanging for.

ALL SALES FINAL on all custom work - no returns for store credit or exchanges.

When shipping a piece back, please take care in packaging. Secure jewelry inside a small plastic baggie or pouch, like the one it came in. Reuse the packaging your jewelry arrived in if possible. If not, use a small box or a padded envelope plus extra padding. I am not responsible for lost or damaged jewelry due to poor packaging. If you have any questions about packaging feel free to contact me.

Once your return has been received and inspected you will receive a confirmation email with either a tracking number for your new item or information regarding your store credit.
